The line, which has involved an investment of £600k, enables us more efficiently to pack better looking bags more securely on the pallet. As you’ll see when you watch, our packs now have a side panel which vastly improves presentation at point of sale, making, for example, the RHS Endorsement more visible. Such a large investment is justified by the dramatic increase in demand for Melcourt peat-free products across the board and is the latest in a planned series of developments designed to ensure that we can meet such demand whilst maintaining the quality of our products and our high standards of service.
