Valued Melcourt customers, Oak View Landscapes are an established regional landscape contractor based near Colchester, Essex who install hard and soft landscape contracts for commercial and residential clients. They have a wide ranging client base from national construction companies and national house builders to local house builders, private clients, hotels, schools and universities.
The Company was founded in May 2004 by Paul Downer, Managing Director, starting with just 2 members of staff and they have grown steadily to employ 28 staff. In January 2016 Oak View moved into a superb, purpose- built, operational headquarters in West Bergholt.
From the outset Oak View introduced systems and procedures normally associated with larger organisations and have placed great emphasis on recruiting and developing a high calibre team. Over 75% of their staff hold formal qualifications in landscaping and amenity horticulture.
